Baby plumeras can be caught with 80 Hunter and the Plumera Hunter Prestige perk. They give Plumera hide which can be refined with a Leather moulding tool from Skillermen into Plumera hide (refined). These refined plumera hides are then used to construct Sagittarian with 61 Salvaging.
Plumeras currently grant the highest base experience in the game, but are located in the Wilderness. They are also quite slow to catch, meaning that Grenwalls are still best xp per hour.
