Baby plumeras can be caught with X Hunter and the Plumera Hunter Prestige perk. They give Plumera hide which can be refined with a Leather moulding tool from Skillermen into Plumera hide (refined). These refined plumera hides are then used to construct Sagittarian with 61 Salvaging.
