The Warriors Guild is one of the oldest minigames in the game. This is where you get your defenders from. It's also a good place to train your combat stats while working towards your untradeable dragon defender.
Basic Instructions[edit | edit source]
You start off by buying a Rune Armour Set at home and proceeding to teleport to the Warriors guild. Upon getting here, move to the room to the east and use a piece of your Rune Armour Set on the "Magical Animator". A reanimated rune NPC will spawn and attack you. Upon killing it you will receive a number of Warrior Guild Tokens (Normally 70+). Pick up your tokens and repeat to collect more warrior guild tokens.
Note: The rune armour set can be bought from General stores at ::shops. Ironmen can get it from Oziach, who is behind the ironman building. You will also need a decent amount to get all of your defenders.
When you have the amount of Warrior Guild Tokens you want, Head upstairs. Going through the door initially costs 25 tokens, and 10 tokens will be taken from your stack every 30 seconds. Killing the Cyclops' will drop you your first defender and will automatically start letting you get the next tier defender as a drop. That's about all there is to the Warriors Guild. Enjoy getting your defenders and hopefully you don't go too dry!
Note: You are unable to use Range and Magic inside of the Cyclops' room. You can only use Melee. The Cyclops' also cannot hit you through protect from Melee so it's advised to just bring a full inventory of Prayer Potions for longer trips, Otherwise you will waste tokens coming in and out of the door.
Warrior Guild Store[edit | edit source]
Whilst killing cyclopses, players gain 1 Warrior Guild Points per kill. After players have obtained the Dragon defender, the amount is increased to 3 per kill. Players can spend these points on the Warrior Guild Store. The shop contains the following items:
- Cyclo (1000 Points)
- Dragon slayer gloves (500 Points)
- Scroll of Devastation (300 Points)
- Dragon berserker shield (125 Points)
- Rune berserker shield (100 Points)
- Adamant berserker shield (50 Points)
