Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and it can take a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts.
Marks of Grace[edit | edit source]
Marks of grace can be obtained while training on any of the Agility Courses. These can be used to purchase the pieces of the graceful outfit. Pick up the marks as soon as you see them, as they disappear after 10 minutes if not picked up.
Agility shop[edit | edit source]
The graceful shop is located at the Gnome Agility course, by trading the agility master. The shop contains six Graceful pieces, and some experience lamps:
- Graceful hood: 75 Marks of Grace
- Graceful cape: 125 Marks of Grace
- Graceful top: 125 Marks of Grace

- Experience lamp (small): 35 Marks of Grace

Training[edit | edit source]
For maximum experience, players should purchase the 'Sonic' perk from the prestige shop before training agility. This perk doubles your experience when completing agility laps.
Level 1-35: Gnome Stronghold Agility Course[edit | edit source]
The Gnome Stronghold Agility Course is the only training option from level 1 to 30 Agility and it takes about 30 seconds to run the course.
Level 35-52: Barbarian Agility Course[edit | edit source]
The Barbarian Agility Course is the way to go up to 52 Agility. It takes about 32 seconds to do a full lap, and should take less than one hour to get to 52.
Level 52-85/99: Wilderness Agility Course[edit | edit source]
Disclaimer: This course is located in 52 Wilderness and it is dangerous to train here.
Players training here should risk as little as possible because of the possibility of encountering player killers. If you plan to not seriously resist player killers, food would not be needed as the obstacles of the course have no way of being failed or causing damage to the player. Stay here from 52-85 Agility, where you then have the choice of proceeding onto the Advanced Gnome Agility Course. Note that remaining at the Wilderness Agility Course is the fastest agility experience from 52 to 99.
Level 85-90: Advanced Gnome Agility Course[edit | edit source]
From 85-90 Agility you want to be doing the Advanced Gnome Agility Course.
Level 90+: Advanced Barbarian Agility Course[edit | edit source]
The highest level Agility course is the Advanced Barbarian one. While training here players have chance to retrieve an Agile piece, which grants bonus experience in Agility. Here one will stay from 90 Agility and onwards. If struggling to find this course, teleport to the low level barbarian agility course, do the same low level swing and walk across a log, but do not go up the net. Instead of the net, go diagonally left to a silver square attached to the brown fence, and your character will make it to the high level section higher in the sky.
