Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and it can take a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts.
Marks of Grace
Marks of grace can be obtained while training on any of the Agility Courses. These can be used to purchase the pieces of the graceful outfit. Pick up the marks as soon as you see them, as they disappear after 10 minutes if not picked up.

- Graceful cape: 250 Marks of Grace
- Graceful top: 250 Marks of Grace

Training
Level 1-35: Gnome Stronghold Agility Course
The Gnome Stronghold Agility Course is the only training option from level 1 to 30 and it takes about 30 seconds to run the course.
Level 35-52: Barbarian Agility Course
The Barbarian Agility Course is the way to go up to 52. It takes about 32 seconds to do a full lap, and should take less than one hour to get to 52.
Level 52-85: Wilderness Agility Course
Disclaimer: This course is located in 52 Wilderness and it is dangerous to train here.
Players training here should risk as little as possible because of the possibility of encountering player killers. Energy or Super energy potions are recommended, and some food is also recommended not only to defend against player killers, but also for those with low agility who will fail the course often.
Level 85-90: Advanced Gnome Agility Course
From level 85 to 90 you want to be doing the Advanced Gnome Agility Course.
Level 90+: Advanced Barbarian Agility Course
The highest and best Agility course is the Advanced Barbarian one. While training here players also have a chance to retrieve an Agile piece, which grants bonus experience in Agility
