When you have the amount of tokens you want, Head upstairs. Going through the door initially costs 25 Tokens and 10 tokens will be taken from your stack every 30 seconds. Killing the Cyclops will drop you your first defender and will automatically start letting you get the next tier defender as a drop. The Warriors Guild is one of the oldest minigames in the game. This is where you get your defenders from. It's also a good place to train your combat stats while working towards your untradeable dragon defender.
You start off by buying a Rune Armour Set at home and proceeding to teleport to the Warriors guild. Upon getting here, Move to the room to the east and use a piece of your Rune Armour Set on the "Magical Animator". A reanimated rune NPC will spawn and attack you. Upon killing it you will receive a number of Warrior Guild Tokens (Normally 70+). Pick up your tokens and repeat to collect more warrior guild tokens.
Note: You will need a decent amount to get all of your defenders.
