K'ril Tsutsaroth is the boss of the Zamorak Fortress in the God Wars Dungeon. To gain access to his chamber, players must have slain 40 Zamorakians throughout the dungeon. He uses melee and magic attacks, and his special attack can occasionally hit through the Protect from Melee prayer should players attempt to use it.

Body Guards[edit | edit source]

Balfrug Kreeyath is one of K'ril Tsutsaroth's bodyguards, and attacks with "Magic". Has a chance to drop Zamorakian Spear.

Tstanon Karlak is one of K'ril Tsutsaroth's bodyguards, and attacks with "Melee". Tstanon is usually not considered a threat compared to K'ril, since most players already have Protect from Melee active while fighting the Zamorak bosses. Has a chance to drop Zamorakian Spear.
|Zakl'n Gritchr is one of K'ril Tsutsaroth's bodyguards, and attacks with "Range". Has a chance to drop Zamorakian Spear.

Gear Setups[edit | edit source]

Melee Is the most efficient method for killing K'ril Tsutsaroth. It is recommended to bring high magic defensive stat armor while protecting from Melee. This does leave the player susceptible to his occasional prayer smash attack, it is generally more efficient than doing the opposite.Zammy boss reco gear.png

You can use firecape instead of max cape. Gear Can be upgraded as see fit.

The Fight[edit | edit source]

K'ril attacks with both melee and magic. As such, if using melee, it is recommended for solo players to wear armor with high magic defence and use Protect from Melee during the kill. While this approach does leave players susceptible to his occasional prayer smash attack, it is still generally more efficient than doing the opposite. After K'ril has been killed its best to focus the range minion, then mage and lastly the melee one. The order of minions can vary depending if you would take guthans or blood barrage to heal off them.

The fight its self is pretty straight forward there are no special kiting mechanics. Take a Sip of combat boosting potion and turn on your prayers. During the fight make sure to keep your health relatively high as there is a chance of K'ril prayer smash attack to stack with another attack from a body guard.
