The Potion Master decants and creates potions for players. He takes 10,000 coins as a fee, no matter how many potions you want to decant. He can also create the following potions for players:

- Extreme strength potions
- Extreme defence potions
- Extreme ranging potions
- Extreme magic potions
- Prayer renewal potions
