Walkthrough
- Talk to Queen of Arigon in the South East region of home.
- Speak to Effigy outside the Tower of Life (Ardougne Teleport > South)
- Go to the bridge South of the Slayer Tower and speak to the Half-Soulless (Dungeon Teleports > Slayer Tower > South)
- Go to the Witch's Hut next to the Slayer Tower, seach the box inside the house, then dig outside under the eastern window
- Talk to Effigy and go through the maze (Bring prayer potions and food) and click on the Caged Skeleton in the far North Eastern section of the maze. Warning: If the mask is not worn, then after 3 minutes your insanity will build up and will instantly kill you. This will result in a HCIM death. Teleport before 3 minutes are up if you are a HCIM.
- Go back to Effigy and go through the maze again with the mask on, this time kill an Elite Black Demon in the end section where you got the key.
- Kill the boss.
- Talk to Effigy.
- Talk to Queen of Arigon.
