The Upgrader is used to improve existing items into more powerful versions. Players will need Upgrade tokens, money and additional items depending on what is being upgraded. Each item has a certain % chance to be upgraded. If a player fails the upgrade, all items are lost in the process.
There are two scrolls that players can use to ease the process: Upgrader scroll and Upgrader insurance scroll. The upgrader scroll increases the % chance for a successful upgrade to a base 50%. The upgrade insurance scroll saves one random item if an upgrade fails. It is therefore recommended to use both when a player is attempting to upgrade a high-tier item, such as a piece of Blood torva, virtus or pernix.
