Information

Greetings fellow adventurers! Just one week after our game's launch, we've been flooded with valuable feedback on how to enhance Wilderness activity and improve Skilling. We've been hard at work implementing changes, including adjustments to shop prices, NPC aggression, and drop rates that were either too high or too low.

This update has brought some exciting additions, including the fearsome Wilderness Revenants and mysterious Forgotten Tombs, as well as new Slayer Mobs for the intrepid monster hunters out there. We've also made quality-of-life improvements to Skilling, revamped farming mechanics, made adjustments to shops, and addressed various bugs. Thank you for your support and keep the feedback coming!

Wilderness & PvP

  • Fixed an issue with kills not rewarding due to apparently already killing the player prior.
  • Sword of turmoil is now slightly more accurate (NPCs only).
  • Staff of torment is now slightly more accurate (NPCs only).
  • 500k risk is now required to enter the revenant cave.
  • Fixed revenant cave multi-issue.
  • Fixed issue with incorrect zuriel revenant drop
  • Added support for singles plus (no overlay yet)
  • Revenants cave is now fully singles plus
  • Fixed an issue with lost items charging more than they should have.
  • Certain items will now be lost on death while in 20 or above wilderness, with the killer receiving half of the item value as a drop.
  • Tome of fire was added to the Wildy wyrm drop
  • Fixed issue with the revenant cave risk requirement dialogue not showing
  • Fire in the wilderness resource area was fixed
  • Revenant cave obstacles can no longer be used when frozen
  • Staff of torment & the sword of turmoil were buffed.
  • Blocked off the non* wilderness section at level 51 wilderness.
  • Fixed issue with incorrect agility achievement requirements.
  • Wilderness zone plugin was added (WIP).
  • Increased the aggression radius for revs.
  • Fixed the issue with being able to unfreeze an account by performing specific actions.
  • Revenants will now use three different combat styles and adjust based on the protection prayers used against them.
  • Revenants' magic attacks now have a chance to freeze the attacker for five ticks.
  • Revenants will no longer attack if a player is in combat.
  • PJ time delay was increased by 2 ticks.
  • Larran's key loot was buffed.
  • Larran's & grubby key can now be viewed in the drop simulator.
  • An issue with Glod's AOE damage has been resolved.
  • The Wilderness map has been updated to the original 614 maps (excluding caves and resource arena).
  • Forgotten tombs have been added as a fully singles* plus combat zone, automatically skulling players upon entry.
  • Lucien's drops have been significantly improved, and he has been moved inside the Forgotten tombs.
  • Demon soldiers now drop high* value items, including Lucien's key, which can be used to fight Lucien.
  • Bonus experience will now be given when skilling in the wilderness resource area.
  • Slightly buffed Craw's bow.
  • Buffed the Staff of Torment.
  • Revenant's Cave has been converted into a multi* combat zone.
  • Increased the Agility level requirement for rev cave shortcuts.
  • Rewards for Wilderness implings have been significantly buffed.
  • An issue with Craw's bow incorrect damage and attack speed has been resolved.
  • All PvP armours will now degrade after roughly 1 hour of combat use.
  • Certain items, such as Craw's bow, Crystal armours & weaponry will now uncharge and drop properly when lost upon death.
  • Fixed the issue with wilderness levels in all wilderness dungeons/caves.
  • All cave entrances/exits and ladder usage will be prevented for players that are frozen (applies only within the wilderness).
  • While in the tormented or revenant caves, there will be a 5* second delay for teleports if in combat.
  • Revenant cave wilderness levels have been lowered.
  • Fixed an issue with Lucien.
  • Being frozen will no longer reset combat attacks.
  • Level 38 Chaos altar now has a 50% chance of saving a bone.
  • Bracelet of etherum option has been fixed.
  • Fixed values for charged wilderness weapons.
  • Addressed an issue with loaned granite maul special attacks.
  • Resolved an issue with the chaos elemental collection log.
  • WildyWyrm will now properly log the tome of fire.
  • Players will now earn Pk Tickets from funPk, with a delay to prevent farming, set at 1 minute for home funPk.
  • Players now have a rare chance of earning a loot key from funPk (common - exotic).
  • Buffed the rewards for Last Man Standing.
  • Elder chaos bone unoting price has been increased to 250k


Skill Fixes

  • Fishing and mining rates have been increased by 15%.
  • Experience for runecrafting & smithing were increased.
  • Donator stalls now counts towards the clan task.
  • The fire at Skillzone can now be used to cook food.
  • Burnt logs can now be noted.
  • Exercise activity will now give reduced experience and increased coins, and will only give experience to skills that can be AFKed.
  • Marks of grace spawns were increased.
  • Double marks of grace will be spawned via the wilderness agility course.
  • Spotlight on agility will yield an extra mark.
  • Fixed the issue with jewelry crafting not giving experience.
  • Fixed the issue with thieving multiple items from thieving stalls.
  • Nerfed the experience earned from donator stalls.
  • Nerfed the experience gained from Bone sacrifice.
  • The amount of coal required to create bars has been significantly decreased.
  • Goldsmith gauntlet effects have been added.
  • Added new prestige perks:
    • Ballsy: Create 8 cannon balls instead of 4.
    • Starlight Miner: Earn 2x more experience and stardust when mining the shooting star.
    • Graceful: Receive an extra graceful mark.
  • Bonefire in the donator zone can now be used for cooking.

Farming

  • Farming crops now have a rarer chance of becoming diseased.
  • Various issues with farming patches have been fixed.
  • The Leprechaun now has the ability to reset all farming patches.
  • Removed the cost for farming teleports.
  • Allotments and herb patches will now yield much more.
  • Farming growth rates were increased.
  • Fixed the incorrect patch teleports.
  • Farming patches will grow faster.
  • An issue with trees not clearing for farming has been fixed.

New Donator Changes

  • All non-donator ranks will now display their donator rank icon as well.
  • Donators will now require fewer GWD KC.
  • Donators' run restore rate will now be affected by their rank.
  • Donators will now receive bonus slayer points based on their rank.
  • The level at which players lose untradeables in the wilderness has been increased for donator ranks.
  • Extreme donators will now be able to claim a free daily mystery box.

Players vs Monsters

  • Slight changes to the drop rates were made.
  • Lower level monsters have a lower drop rate for rarer items.
  • Lagor's the Thunderous stun time was reduced to 1 second.
  • Npc aggression system was completely rewritten (including 20* minute de* aggro timer).
  • Run energy drain rate in Nomad's activity was increased.
  • Drop rates were slightly debuffed.
  • Fixed the issue with NPCs not being aggressive within activities.
  • Properly scaled the amount of Ice Chillder spiders with the number of raiders.
  • Fixed entrance to skeletal wyverns.
  • Dragon Hai Dungeon was added which contains drops for black elite and dragon hai.
  • Removed the combat dummies that were causing client crashes in Varrock.
  • Fixed the issue with the abyssal spider.
  • Fixed the issue with NPC aggression that was causing high cycles.
  • Modified the drop rates of various boss drops.
  • Modified the rare drop table.
  • Corrected the attack speeds of all maces.
  • Opening the kill log will now show the default highest kills.
  • Buffed the Zaryte bow.
  • Upgraded the void to the elite variant via the upgrader.
  • Shooting star experience has been buffed.
  • All monsters received a slight buff for dropping rare items.
  • K'ril tsutsaroth pet now works as intended.
  • Fixed issues with dwarf multi cannon.
  • Fixed an issue with wildy wyrm pet.
  • Kril rare drop chances have been reduced.
  • Changes have been made to the crystal guardian location & drops.
  • Added K'ril to the boss instance menu.
  • Moved Chaos Dwarf Hand Cannoneers into the wilderness.
  • Crystal Guardian doors were fixed

New Additions

  • Banker was added to the zombie defenders waiting boat.
  • Pets can now be sacrificed for 2,500,000 points.

Miscellaneous Changes

  • Last man standing minigame lobby objects have been added back.
  • Fixed an issue with item chargings.
  • Items kept on death now show the proper items on death.
  • Iron arrows were added into the adventurer's range store.
  • Various error logs were added to the client to help diagnose future issues.
  • Shooting star will now display it's current active location
  • Fixed an issue where there would be a long wait time to log in when a disconnection occurred.
  • Fixed issue with the zombie boat plank.
  • Fixed issue with zombie storage crashing when full.
  • Fixed issue with nulled messages.
  • Fixed issue with deaths not properly resetting player flags.
  • Fixed issue with earning large amounts of experience when creating a new item.
  • Price of void was reduced in the slayer shop.
  • Fixed issue with incorrect trivia bot question.
  • Several new trivia questionnaires were added.
  • Fixed issue with wicked tree not being rewarded after kill.
  • Buffed damages/heals done towards the wicked tree.
  • Ironmen can now access the raids store.
  • Tzhaar gems & ores store will now be noted when purchased.
  • Coin rewards for start dust were increased.
  • Fixed issue with sometimes being able to receive slayer tasks higher than your current level.
  • Added bonuses to elite void.
  • Commands can no longer be used when having an active interface up.
  • Fixed some issues with dragon sizes.
  • Grand seed pods are no longer stackable and will be deleted.
  • Added a new clan task difficulty called "Maniac".
  • Fixed the issue with item stacks splitting when unequipping a stackable item.
  • Burnt spear no longer utilizes wilderness accuracy/damage increase bonuses.
  • Wicked tree items are now logged in the collection log.
  • More tweaks and adjustments were made to the aggression system.
  • Fixed the issue with the world boss timer in the quest tab.
  • Fixed a few tournament interface spelling issues.
  • Beastiary search function now allows for longer strings.

  • Merchant Walton no longer has a purchase amount limit.
  • The merchant can now purchase items in exchange for coins, PK tickets, or skill tickets.
  • An issue with the dead woodcutting tree for skill pass has been fixed.
  • An issue with the Wind Wave spell not granting experience has been resolved.
  • An issue with players disconnecting immediately in combat due to a rare circumstance with combat soaking has been fixed.
  • Pikkupstix will no longer open the incorrect store for ironmen.
  • The rate of Ancient Effigies drops has been increased.
  • Caskets and loot keys will no longer be attached to NPC drop tables, and will instead drop independently.
  • Changes have been made to the monster kill log system.
  • An issue with the repair equipment achievement has been fixed.
  • Gilded armour sets now include the kiteshield.
  • Fixed the issue with PvP items degrading.
  • Fixed the issue with the iron titan.
  • Fixed the issue with purchasing the amulet of doubling.
  • Fixed the issue with the amulet of blood fury reverting to fury upon death.
  • Made some changes to door/move actions.
  • Modified the item rates of regular mystery boxes.
  • Added various new daily wilderness tasks.
  • Increased drop rates for certain monsters (additional tweaking may be needed).
  • Fixed the issue with incorrect spirit shield required items.
  • Increased the price for handing in stardust.
  • Fixed issues with the inventory not having options when changing bank input amounts.
  • Changing bank input amounts will now also change for the inventory.
  • Clan modifiers will now last for 2 hours instead of 1.
  • Added the ability to hide prayer stat adjustments via the gameframe plugin.
  • Fixed the issue with "deposit* all" in the bank.
  • Adjusted wilderness weapon prices.
  • Updated the Hiscores to support rank filtering and prestige levels.
  • Added the ability to simulate Raids loot by searching in the simulator.
  • Buffed Raids loot.
  • Greatly buffed Raids hard loot.
  • Fixed various clan issues.
  • Fixed Chabox in resizable mode.
  • Donator zone has been designated as a bank zone.
  • Fixed an issue where non-spawn players were able to loot ammunition from other spawn players.
  • Created a map for boss instances.
  • Resolved issues with the boss instance interface.
  • Slightly increased the merchant Pk ticket exchange rate.
  • Enabled the feature to sell items for skill tickets via Walton.
  • Added the ability to add a boost to a pet via items.
  • All 3 Mystery boxes were updated in loot
