Rules

Rules are to be followed by all players of Arigon. Staff reserves all right to retract your items, right, status and more no matter the case. If you have been unfairly punished, please contact an Administrator+ to resolve the issue or open a ticket in the Discord under #player-reports.

Server Rules

These actions include—but are not limited to—auto-typing, spamming in general, scamming in any form, ragging, and boosting in any fashion. The actions listed below are considered unacceptable behaviour and are categorically prohibited. Any of these actions are still punishable even if you claim not to have read the regulations.

• Real World Trading [RWT] is NOT allowed.

• Encouraging others to break rule(s) is against the rules. Member encouraging others to do so will retrieve a punishment based on the severity no matter if they were aware of the rule or not. Giving a user that is evading a ban money and/or items is considered encouraging others to break the rules

• Account sharing is not permitted. A created accounts only belongs to the original creator, no matter what levels, items, rank or wealth has been brought on to the account. Any attempts to share, give away or sell accounts will result in a full termination of said account. Sharing accounts includes services. If another player is caught doing services on an account that is not theirs, both players will face severe consequences. Said consequences will be determined by the staff member that is taking care of the matter.

• PvP-Farming: Designed as a system to reward PKers, any attempts to abuse this through arranged/paid-for kills will be punished - on a case by case basis. Luring is not allowed, not via public chat, world yell, clan chats, discord or any medium. Attempting to lure staff (for example by asking for help) will grant a more severe punishment. PJing and Rushing is allowed BUT if repeated and targeted at player(s) for extended duration it will be dealt with by staff. Note that rushing/pjing is different from killing specific members that enter on certain territory, e.g. Revenants.

• Players that are caught using Macoring or Auto-clicking will be punished as it is against the rule. Keep in mind it also includes strange behaviour. For instance, if teleported to a staff member and the player continues to walk one tile at a time, or instantly runs to activity without responding - It is also considered as macoring. For activities such as e.g. Thieving, players are allowed to spam click but have to be present in order to respond.

Gambling is a sensitive topic and has therefore received its own section:

• Scammed members will not be refunded because we provide effective methods to avoid being scammed, such as using a middleman (server support, moderator, administrator, etc.) and automated systems. Please note that we do not accept photo-reports of members being scammed. One must provide video evidence, or it will not be handled. Disconnections will not be refunded. Items that have been claimed through our donation system will not be refunded. Reset of the server and/or forums will be refunded if the player has posted valid proof of their purchase in 'Donations' board; otherwise, a refund is not required.

• Gambles are refunded if a player provides proper proof (Only videos. Images not accepted)

• Changing existing rules is considered a scam no matter who won or lost the duel

• Glitch refunds will not be refunded if the member has enough proof and has proof of containing the items prior to the occurrence of the glitch. Note that if we does not see the proof as satisfactory, it can be declined and a refund will not be issued. The only people who are allowed to Middleman are Staff Members. Anyone else caught doing so will be punished

Final Note: All evidence must be submitted in a 30-day period. Falsified evidence will lead to permanent removal from the game.

Discord Rules

1. Be respectful: You must respect all users, regardless of your liking towards them. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
2. Inappropriate language: The use of profanity should be kept to a minimum. However, any derogatory language towards any user is prohibited.
3. No spamming: Don't send a lot of small messages, images, videos, gifs or other media right after each other. Do not disrupt chat by spamming.
4. No advertisements We do not tolerate any kind of advertisements, whether for other communities or streams. You can post your content in the media channel if it is relevant and provides actual value (Video/Art)
5. Server raiding: Raiding or mentions of raiding are not allowed.
6. Direct & Indirect threats: Threats to other users of DDoS, Death, DoX, abuse, and other malicious threats are prohibited and disallowed.
7. Follow the Discord Community Guidelines: You can find them here: https://discordapp.com/guidelines
8. Voice Access: Do not join voice chat channels without the permission of the people already in there. If you see they have a free spot it is fine to join and ask whether they have an open spot, but leave if your presence is not wanted by whoever was there first.

The Admins and Mods will Mute/Kick/Ban per discretion. If you feel mistreated, DM an Administrator and we will resolve the issue.

All channels will have pinned messages explaining what they are there for and how everything works. If you don't understand something, feel free to ask!

Your presence on this server implies accepting these rules, including all further changes. These changes might be done at any time without notice, it is your responsibility to check for them.
