It is a very good magic weapon, not boasting any special effects but having a very high magic damage and accuracy bonus.

The Elder kodai wand does not have any special effects. However, it does come with a 25% magic damage bonus along with a high accuracy bonus of +40 making it an effective one-handed mage weapon for casting spells like ice barrage or blood barrage. It does not have a basic attack like the trident or the Sanguinesti staff.
