Game modes allow players to experience the game from another perspective through restrictions and mode-specific content. As of now (February 2024), Arigon has 13 available game modes: Normal Mode, Adventurer Mode, Ironman Mode, Iron Challenger Mode, Ultimate Ironman Mode, Ultimate Iron Challenger Mode, Hardcore Ironman Mode, Hardcore Iron Challenger Mode, Ironmates Mode, Ironmates Challenger Mode, Group Ironman Mode, & Group Iron Challenger Mode.

Normal Mode[edit | edit source]

Combat: 150.0x
Skilling: 100.0x
Luck: +0%

The Normal mode caters to players seeking a relaxed and casual experience, providing a fast-paced gameplay without any luck-based bonuses. You will have no restrictions.

Adventurer Mode[edit | edit source]

Combat: 75.0x
Skilling: 50.0x
Luck: +3%

The Adventurer mode caters to players who enjoy a slower progression while also seeking a relaxed play style. This mode grants a luck boost in exchange for slightly reduced experience gain.

Challenger Mode[edit | edit source]

Combat: 20.0x
Skilling: 12.5x
Luck: +7%

The Challenger mode is designed for players who relish a grind and prefer a slower-paced play style. In this mode, experience gains are significantly reduced, but the luck boost is increased.

Ironman Mode[edit | edit source]

Combat: 100.0x
Skilling: 75.0x
Luck: +5%

The Ironman mode is tailored for players who thrive on intense challenges and prefer a solitary experience. In this mode, interacting with other players is disabled, forcing you to rely solely on your own abilities and resourcefulness.

You will not be able to trade or gamble, you will not be able to pick up items dropped by others, you will not be able to use the Marketplace, and you will be restricted from participating in some activities.

Iron Challenger Mode[edit | edit source]

Skilling: 12.5x
Luck: +8%

The Iron Challenger mode caters to fearless players who are willing to rely solely on their own resource gathering abilities. In this mode, you will experience the lowest possible experiecne rates. It is a true test meant for those who possess superior skills.

Skilling: 75.0x
Luck: +6%

The Ultimate Ironman mode is designed for players seeking an incredibly demanding and frustrating experience. In this mode, not only are you unable to interact with other players around you, but you are constantly plagued by additional annoyances. This mode pushes you to rely solely on your own skills and perserverance.

Standard Ironman restrictions apply, and you will be unable to use any banking functions at all.

Ultimate Iron Challenger Mode[edit | edit source]

Luck: +8%

The Ultimate Iron Challenger mode is designed for players seeking an incredibly demanding and frustrating experience. In this mode, not only are you unable to interact with other players around you and constantly plagued by additional annoyances, you must also deal with some of the lowest experience rates possible in the game. This mode will push you to your breaking point.

Standard Ironman restrictions apply, and you will be unable to use any banking functions at all.

Hardcore Ironman Mode[edit | edit source]

Luck: +6%

The Hardcore Ironman mode is tailored for players who crave the ultimate challenge. In addition to adhering to all of the regular Ironman rules, this mode introduces a single life mechanic, meaning that upon death you will permanently lose your presitigious status. This mode will test your skills and your resolves to the utmost degree.

Standard Ironman restrictions apply, and you will only have 1 life.

The Hardcore Iron Challenger mode is the toughest mode available. Standard Ironman restrictions apply, and you will only have 1 life.
