The Tokhaar-Kal is a cape that has no requirements to equip. It can be obtained by upgrading it in the Upgrader located next to the ;;shops teleport at home. It's got a very high strength bonus and offensive bonuses meaning it's a great cape when meleeing until you get a Max Cape.

The Tokhaar-Kal does not have any special effects.
Upgrading[edit | edit source]
The Tokhaar-Kal is made via the upgrader, located just north of the general shops. It requires multiple items to create:
- 3 Fire Capes (Obtained from the Fight Caves minigame)
- 10m Coins
- 10 Upgrade tokens
