The Nightshade Helm has a few unique passives which make it extremely useful in a variety of areas. As it's an upgrade of the Serpentine Helm, it has immunity to both poison & venom while worn, but additionally has the following passive effects:
* Immunity to Zulrah poison clouds
* Immunity to Nex's Cough mechanic
* Immunity to status effects in Raids (AoA, LoG & VoB) & Night-Gazer (Bleed, Poison, Shock etc) - Note: this does not make you immune to the damage from the hits, or from the prayer disable mechanic in various locations.
