He is located between the Clan and shop building. He will tell you to head into quest tab and click on the account sub-category. From there on, head to the security button to link a Discord account to the player profile. Thereafter, he will instruct players to visit a Slayer Master and obtain a task. This can simply be done by writing ;;Slayer which teleports players instantly to the Slayer Manager. Next up is Skilling, where the player will be told to visit the Skilling Zone. To get there, use the teleportation interface and select Skilling -> Skilling Zone Finally, teleport home by either using CTRL+H or the ::Home command. At home, speak to the King to finish the quest.
