They give [[Plumera hide]] which can be refined with a [[Leather moulding tool]] from [[Skillermen]] into [[Plumera hide (refined)]]. These refined plumera hides are then used to construct [[Sagittarian]] with 61 [[Salvaging]]. Plumeras currently grant the highest base experience in the game, but are located in the Wilderness.
