When using Osmumten's fang, there are two passive effects that are taken into account when hitting a target. Two accuracy rolls are made when attacking, and if either is higher than your target's defence roll then the attack hits successfully. For the damage calculation, the fang will always deal between 15% and 85% of your maximum hit. For example, if the fang's true max hit was 60, it would roll between 9 to 51 damage upon a successful hit, rather than the usual 0 to 60 damage it would normally roll.
