*Talk to Queen of Arigon in the South East region of home.
*Speak to Effigy outside the Tower of Life (Ardougne Teleport > South)
*Go to the bridge South of the Slayer Tower and speak to the Half-Soulless (Dungeon Teleports > Slayer Tower > South)
*Go to the Witch's Hut next to the Slayer Tower, seach the box inside the house, then dig outside under the eastern window

*Go back to Effigy and go through the maze again with the mask on, this time kill an Elite Black Demon in the end section where you got the key.
*Kill the boss. It's highly recommended to use Protect from Ranged and attack the boss with Ranged while staying outside of melee distance.
*Talk to Effigy.
*Talk to Queen of Arigon.
