The Ring of power does not have a special effect. It only provides fantastic hybrid stats, along with a Prayer bonus and Strength bonus.

The Ring of power is made via the upgrader, located just north of the general shops. It requires multiple items to create:

* Eye of the ranger (Obtained from the Vault of Bones raid)
* Eye of the warrior (Obtained from the Vault of Bones raid)
* Eye of the mage (Obtained from the Vault of Bones raid)
* Brimstone ring (Obtained from Bork, Nomad or Brute)
* Ring of the gods (i) (Obtained from world bosses or the Necromancer, and upgraded with the scroll of rings)
* 35,000,000 coins
* 12 Upgrade tokens
